A BRIGHT FUTURE FOR LONGBRIDGE Longbridge is in the midst of a £700 million, fifteen year regeneration plan to transform the suburb into a new landmark. The regeneration is the largest in the Midlands and one of the largest across the UK, with a focus on making Longbridge a pivotal location for the Central Technology Belt. This impressive regeneration scheme aims to create 10,000 jobs across Longbridge. In 2020 Longbridge won £24 million in funding from the Urban Transformation Fund - a key step in achieving the long term goals for the region. Now with 900,000 sq ft of new commercial space and excellent connectivity both into the city and to the wider region Longbridge is poised for a new era.
