David set up the company at the age of 21 and, 13 years later, has expanded the company on a number of fronts, notably with the Edgbaston branch acquisition providing two branches in affluent areas that perform very well in terms of market share.

With over seven years of estate agency experience under his belt Henry has a role involving creating new business opportunities, valuations for potential vendors or landlords and overseeing property sales within the team. Returning back to James Laurence in 2019, Henry brings along great knowledge of the Birmingham area and he thrives to offer the very best customer service and has a desire to help grow the James Laurence team. He strongly believes that the success in any marketplace is based on hard work and tenacity. Henry sets the tone for the company.

Charlotte provides 7 years of experience within the Lettings Industry. Being ARLA qualified, she can provide you with extensive knowledge and advise for a great level of service. Leading the lettings department, she has a desire to grow both City Centre and Edgbaston office. Outside of work, she is a keen netball player and a huge fan of England Roses!

Tom has over 9 years industry experience covering all aspects of estate agency starting his career in Staffordshire. Having relocated to Birmingham in 2021 he has built up a strong knowledge of the city’s residential property market, taking a friendly and informative approach with clients. Outside of office hours Tom is a keen runner and cyclist, and a fan of Stoke City.

Sam has joined the James Laurence sales team with 2 years of property experience. From both working and living in the City Centre, it's fair to say he has knowledge when helping clients chose their home. With a background in performing arts, Sam will always go to the next level for any task handed to him. When not working, Sam can be found watching football or back in his hometown in Shropshire.

Iain joins the James Laurence team after working 2 years in the Insurance Broking Industry, specialising in Residential & Commercial Landlords Insurance. As our Accounts Manager, Iain is here to answer all of our landlords and tenants queries in relation to rent, payments and invoices. He strives to offer top tier service in a timely and efficient manner with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Lindsay joins the James Laurence team with over 20 years’ experience in the lettings industry. She is excited to work with our clients and look after all properties with care and attention as if it were her own. Outside of the office Lindsay enjoys walking her dogs and holidays in Cornwall.

After 4 years in the lettings industry, I have a true passion for delivering excellent customer service to clients looking for their dream rental property. I am a happy and hard-working strong individual that is happy to take on any challenge. In my free time I enjoy taking my dog for long walks, listening to music and of course love a holiday!

Being one of the latest addition to the team, Kitti is looking forward to utilise her skills that she has gained over a year being in the lettings industry. Coming from customer service background she is looking forward to provide excellent customer service at all times. In her free time she likes to go on long walks with her puppy.

Riegan brings with her four years of experience in the industry. Her favourite part of the role is conducting thorough viewings for prospective landlords to ensure they have the best tenant. In her spare time, she enjoys socializing with friends and family and taking long walks with her dog, Willow.

Jade entered the property industry aged 19. Working for an Estate Agent and then for a contractor who work alongside estate agents. She has come full circle and has joined James Laurence to get back onto the front line of the property industry. Jade has a genuine passion for customer experience and care. She wants to deliver a high level of service to both tenants and landlords. Outside of work its not uncommon to find Jade at watching her beloved football team- Leeds United or enjoying a holiday.

From the background of customer service-based roles and finance, I joined the lettings industry a year ago. Keen to ensure smooth customer journeys for prospective tenants and finding the right home. Outside of work I enjoy visiting new places and improving on my photography skills..

Entering the lettings journey in 2021, Anita has consistently moved forward with unwavering dedication. With a genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences, she places a high priority on the satisfaction of both tenants and landlords. Outside the professional sphere, it's not uncommon to find her on a yoga mat, embodying a commitment to balance and well-being. Her meticulous attention to detail and steadfast dedication to surpassing expectations contribute to fostering a positive environment for tenants and play a meaningful role in the success of the business.

Frankie joins us with over twenty years’ experience in customer service. Her passion and commitment for delivering outstanding service through a friendly and approachable manner to clients is key. In her spare time Frankie escapes to Cannock Chase on her horse Finn, or hiking the many different trails it has to offer.

Bringing over 3 years of experience, Libby has a genuine passion for assisting clients secure their dream home, from initial point of contact to conducting thorough viewings. Libby is happy and determined individual that is willing to take on any challenge. In her free time Libby enjoy's socialising with my friends and being abroad in the sun!

With just over 2 years experience, Karan joins James Laurence with broad knowledge in the market and experience, he is always able to provide great customer service and detailed insights. Karan’s enthusiasm exuberates though his face to face meetings and phone calls, willing to give it his all to help our customers find their dream home whilst also helping our vendors sell their property. In his spare time, you will either find him at the golf range or watching his favourite football team, Liverpool

Previously working in Marketing, Samantha brings a wealth of organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. Thriving on fast paced environments with a passion for managing an array of projects and executing to a high standard. Out of work Samantha is a busy Mom to a toddler, twins and 2 dogs, leaving time for not much else! But she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Will is a mortgage adviser within Cooper Associates Mortgages. Previously, Will played rugby professionally for nine years for Hartpury College and Cornish Pirates. Outside of work Will enjoys golf, hiking, cooking and travelling.
