David founded the company at the age of 21, and after 20 years, he has successfully expanded the business in various ways. A key milestone in this growth was the acquisition of the Edgbaston branch, which significantly strengthened the company's presence. This acquisition gave the company two branches in affluent areas, both of which have been performing exceptionally well, particularly in terms of market share.

With over ten years of experience in estate agency, including eight and a half years at James Laurence, Henry plays a pivotal role in creating new business opportunities and overseeing the entire company. Returning to James Laurence in 2019, Henry brings a wealth of knowledge about the Birmingham area and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. He is passionate about helping grow the James Laurence team and firmly believes that success in any marketplace comes from hard work and tenacity. Henry sets the tone for the company's operations and culture.

Iain joins the James Laurence team after working 2 years in the Insurance Broking Industry, specialising in Residential & Commercial Landlords Insurance. As our Accounts Manager, Iain is here to answer all of our landlords and tenants queries in relation to rent, payments and invoices. He strives to offer top tier service in a timely and efficient manner with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Tom has over 9 years industry experience covering all aspects of estate agency starting his career in Staffordshire. Having relocated to Birmingham in 2021 he has built up a strong knowledge of the city’s residential property market, taking a friendly and informative approach with clients. Outside of office hours Tom is a keen runner and cyclist, and a fan of Stoke City.

Sana has been in the lettings industry for 4 years with extensive experience in Birmingham and South Birmingham regions. She is passionate about letting properties and is striving to makes James Laurence the dominating and go-to agent in the West Midlands! Outside of work life, Sana enjoys cooking, baking and socialising with friends and family.

Lindsay joins the James Laurence team with over 20 years’ experience in the lettings industry. She is excited to work with our clients and look after all properties with care and attention as if it were her own. Outside of the office Lindsay enjoys walking her dogs and holidays in Cornwall.

Ellesha recently graduated from university and has launched into her dream career as an in-house photographer and content creator for James Laurence. She has a passion for creating engaging visual content, capturing each property with professionalism and producing insightful & creative social media posts. Outside of work, she loves exploring new cultures and destinations, as well as spending quality time with friends and family- often on long dog walks that end at a cosy pub! Ellesha is excited to be part of the James Laurence team and is eager to bring fresh energy to the brand’s visual storytelling.

With a strong background in lettings across Birmingham City Centre Amelia brings energy, local expertise and a bubbly personality to every client interaction. Passionate about property she’s committed to making the lettings process smooth and enjoyable. Outside of work Amelia enjoys going to the gym and exploring the countryside with her family.

Coming from a customer service background, I am always keen to go the extra mile to provide the best service to exceed customers wants and needs. From the background of customer service-based roles and finance, I joined the lettings industry a year ago. Keen to ensure smooth customer journeys for prospective tenants and finding the right home. Outside of work I enjoy visiting new places and improving on my photography skills..

Taujnay is a Property Manager who has worked with various companies across the property management sector. She is passionate about supporting landlords and ensuring their properties are run smoothly, while building strong, positive relationships with both landlords and tenants. With her proactive approach and commitment to delivering a high standard of service, she brings valuable expertise and enthusiasm to the James Laurence team. Outside of her property career, Taujnay is also a dedicated videographer, spending her evenings creating visual content and pursuing her creative interests.

From taking an Estate Agent Diploma Accredited course and completing this with a distinction I knew then I will be fulfilling my dreams and ambitions in the property sector. I now have just over 4 year’s experience within the property industry, and my career so far has included valuable roles, helping me gain hands on experience within Property Management/Maintenance and as a Lettings Negotiator, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the field and has helped me to gain a strong foundation to build from. I am passionate about delivering an exceptional quality of service, building strong Landlord & Tenant relationships, and I am excited to continue developing my skills as I progress further in my career.

With just over 2 years experience, Karan joins James Laurence with broad knowledge in the market and experience, he is always able to provide great customer service and detailed insights. Karan’s enthusiasm exuberates though his face to face meetings and phone calls, willing to give it his all to help our customers find their dream home whilst also helping our vendors sell their property. In his spare time, you will either find him at the golf range or watching his favourite football team, Liverpool

With over 2 years’ experience, Ajay joins James Laurence with broad knowledge and experience, he is always able to provide great customer service and able to provide detailed insights. Ajay’s enthusiasm exuberates though his face-to-face meetings and phone calls, willing to go the extra mile to help our customers to find their dream property whilst also helping our vendors sell their property. In his spare time, you will find him on the badminton courts or spending time with family.

Will is a mortgage adviser within Cooper Associates Mortgages. Previously, Will played rugby professionally for nine years for Hartpury College and Cornish Pirates. Outside of work Will enjoys golf, hiking, cooking and travelling.
