Associate Director
With over seven years of estate agency experience under his belt Henry has a role involving creating new business opportunities, valuations for potential vendors or landlords and overseeing property sales within the team. Returning back to James Laurence in 2019, Henry brings along great knowledge of the Birmingham area and he thrives to offer the very best customer service and has a desire to help grow the James Laurence team. He strongly believes that the success in any marketplace is based on hard work and tenacity. Henry sets the tone for the company.
Charlotte Blount
Area Lettings Manager
Charlotte provides 7 years of experience within the Lettings Industry. Being ARLA qualified, she can provide you with extensive knowledge and advise for a great level of service. Leading the lettings department, she has a desire to grow both City Centre and Edgbaston office. Outside of work, she is a keen netball player and a huge fan of England Roses!
Sophie Ortiz
Sales Manager
With five years previous Sales experience in Solihull and Birmingham City Centre, Sophie has joined the James Laurence team to help the continuation of growth for the powerhouse which is our City Centre office. Having worked within all sectors relating to property sales, Sophie has an extensive knowledge of the sales process allowing her to always give our sellers and buyers the best advice possible. When she isn’t working in property, Sophie can be found running her nail business from home.

Melissa joined James Laurence two years ago with now six years' experience within the City Centre market-a niche area which she knows inside out. Melissa prides herself in going above and beyond to find conscientious tenants and to ensure that they move in comfortably.

Luisa has recently joined us as our Senior Lettings Consultant. She strives for professionalism and has strong determination to succeed. With previous experience in luxury client relations, an expert service to all landlords and tenants is very important to her. Living in the city herself, Luisa loves Birmingham and everything it has to offer.

Lotti joins James Laurence new to lettings, with just over 1 and a half years under her belt she has a real fire and determination to succeed and provide the best level of service to all landlord and tenants. Lotti loves Birmingham and all the challenges it brings, the properties are amazing and the city is always buzzing. Outside of the office she spends her time doing interior designing for friends and family, playing computer games and watching rugby! Lotti looks forward to helping you find your new home.

Caitlin joins the James Laurence team with 4 years’ experience in the lettings industry, she began as an apprentice and has worked her way up with hard work and determination to the position she is in today. Iain joins the James Laurence team after working 2 years in the Insurance Broking Industry, specialising in Residential & Commercial Landlords Insurance. As our Accounts Manager, Iain is here to answer all of our landlords and tenants queries in relation to rent, payments and invoices. He strives to offer top tier service in a timely and efficient manner with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Caroline has recently joined James Laurence as the teams dedicated Sales Progressor. With over 20 years' experience, Caroline really enjoys her job and takes pride in overcoming obstacles and getting the sale through to completion. Caroline's most joyful moment is handing over the keys to the new homeowner! In Caroline's spare time, she likes watching most sports and is a big football fan supporting the Blue part of the City!

Sam has joined the James Laurence sales team with 2 years of property experience. From both working and living in the City Centre, it's fair to say he has knowledge when helping clients chose their home. With a background in performing arts, Sam will always go to the next level for any task handed to him. When not working, Sam can be found watching football or back in his hometown in Shropshire.
