Pre-qualification of your applicants

This process collects basic information which can help identify appropriate tenants, and help keep your holding deposit secure, if your tenant were to provide any inaccurate information.

Contracts automatically updated

Our Goodlord and ARLA contracts are always in line with legislation changes, and you can even create and customise a tenancy agreement.

Key documents distributed, at the right time

We’ll send through a signed checklist confirming your tenants have received the prescribed information, How to Rent guide, EPC, and Gas Safety certificates, all at the right time in their journey.

Holding deposits capped

We make sure you can’t charge a holding deposit over one week’s rent, as under the Tenant Fees Act.

Confirmation of the holding deposit extension date

You can extend the holding deposit return date beyond the 15 days set by the Tenant Fees Act, if necessary, with an agreement between you and your tenant in writing.

Security deposits capped

We make sure you can’t set a security deposit above the Tenant Fees Act five week cap.

A secure, ring-fenced payment process

Each payment your tenant makes to you is safe, with our bank-grade payment solutions.

Marketing permission obtained from your tenants
