If you’ve been reading our blog for a while, you’ll be aware that we’re pretty savvy about the local and UK property market, and aim to keep up with market trends. After all, it’s part of our job. But when it comes to selling or letting your property, how happy are our clients? 

Sales

Selling property is what we do. And we are, if we say so ourselves, pretty good at it. We’ve been in business since 2004 and have seen the market rise and fall and rise again, always riding the waves to get the best deals for our clients. James Laurence began as a family run branch in the Jewellery Quarter, but we’ve now expanded to a second branch, all while maintaining our professional service levels and excellent standards to provide you with a service that is second to none. 

We’re open six days per week, offer feedback on all our accompanied viewings within 24 hours, and hold an online presence on all the major UK property portals, so your property listing reaches as many people as possible.
