Over the first weekend in September (4th, 5th & 6th) Moseley will showcase unsigned acts alongside with international established artists. You will also find sessions, dancing and an array of talented musicians throughout the Villages of finest pubs.
On Saturday 5th September Harborne will see a golden mile of free arts activities taking over the High Street. Shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops will all be involved and in the Edgbaston Arts Forum event which includes drawing at the Café Express, making rag dolls at Cherry Tree Interiors. Edge Fusion Orchestra will be halfway along the route and 11 different artists will be performing between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Opening on Thursday 24th September will be Birmingham’s newest shopping centre above the new Birmingham New Street Station. It will see over 60 premium shops and cafes and will boast the largest John Lewis store outside of London.
Villa Park in Birmingham will host two of the Rugby World Cup 2015 games. South Africa vs. Samoa will be playing on Saturday 26th September with kick off at 4:45 pm and Australia vs. Uruguay will be playing on Sunday 27th September with kick off at 12:00 pm.
