A tourist attraction in Birmingham has ensured its visitors quite literally see stars when they make their way to the National Sea Life Centre in Brindleyplace. It has augmented the popular Broad Street Walk of Stars with some new additions of its own.
It has added 18 temporary stars to the permanent ones inlaid into the footpath for celebrities such as Ozzy Osbourne, Jasper Carrott and Noddy Holder, in order to promote the new attraction, Sea Stars.
Mike Olley, West Side BID Manager said: “Although not everlasting, The National Sea Life Centre Birmingham’s Walk of Stars are a great addition to Brum’s already impressive paving portfolio and are marking a very clear path towards the permanent new attraction, Sea Stars. It’s fantastic that the centre is introducing a new area for visitors from near and far to experience, especially following the popularity of Penguin Ice Adventure, which launched just last year.”
