With the world currently offering new challenges to everyone, we are keen to ensure our customers still have access to all the services they require, helping those people who do need to move to do it as safely and as easily as possible.
So, after the success of our recently implemented virtual viewings, we are now delighted to confirm we’ve introduced virtual valuations for vendors and landlords.
This is perfect for those people wanting to use their time wisely and forward planning, whether currently self-isolating or simply as the current lockdown advise prevents the face to face contact we thrive on for normal property valuations.
We’ll value your home whether looking to sell or to rent it out, using phone or camera technology to help us, rather than doing it in person.
We can offer virtual valuation in a couple of ways:
Firstly, we can arrange a convenient time to do a video walkthrough of your property, all you’ll need is access to a smartphone or tablet so we can view your property through your camera.
Or, we can discuss your property move over the phone, whereby you can discuss your options, talk through your property and then follow up by sending send us a walkthrough video of the property.
This helps establish size, condition and style. We in return can send you comparable property evidence and market research to complement our knowledge of your property and immediate vicinity when suggesting marketing and achievable pricing structure.
If you are then happy to proceed to market given the appraisal, we can start marketing your property in line with government advice and when safe to do so, enabling you to be one step ahead in the search for a buyer or tenant when the inevitable surge of properties start streaming on to the market post lockdown.
You can also take the chance to use our instant valuation tool – in the meantime and we have recently posted tips on selling your property during COVID19
For virtual valuation, requests email [email protected] and request a callback/send a video in advance.
Stay safe and stay at home.
